For entries and participation, the entry rules (published 10.22) take precedence over these terms

It is a public-interest event with no participation fees, paid seats or merchandise sales

Copyright and license
Copyright stays with the entrant
The festival uses works free of charge and non-exclusively within the scope set by the entry rules, such as viewing and copying for judging, screening selected and winning works at the event and promotional excerpts (up to 3 minutes, for 2 years after the event)
Entries are never used for AI training
Prohibited content
Unauthorized synthesis of real people, sexual deepfakes, defamation, hate or discrimination, exposure of personal information and manipulation of facts are grounds for disqualification
Cancellation and return of awards
Before an award is cancelled, we give the reason and a correction period (14 days after notice) and a chance to explain
If cancelled, the prize money, certificate, trophy and gifts must be returned

Logos, key visuals and videos may not be used commercially without permission
For press use, please use the press kit
Schedule changes
If the schedule, venue or format changes due to force majeure, we will announce it promptly on the website and by email
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are first settled by discussion, and lawsuits go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act
