SVAIFF KOREA 2026 and Global AI IDOL Award 2026 open two official YouTube channels on October 27

SVAIFF KOREA 2026 and the Global AI IDOL Award 2026 opened two official YouTube channels side by side on October 27, releasing their first three videos each in four languages: Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese
AI film news can be found on the 'SVAIFF Silicon Valley AI Film Festival' channel (youtube.com/@SVAIFF_Korea_Official), and AI idol news on the 'Global AI Idol Award' channel (youtube.com/@GlobalAIIdolAward)

The festival channel opened with 'One Moon', the main video introducing both events, along with 'A Day in the Life of an AI Film Maker', which follows a single sentence written at 6 a.m. all the way to the submit button, and 'CURSOR', which says every film begins with a single line of cursor
The AI IDOL channel released 'One Moon' together with 'The Idol Beyond the Wall', in which AI now crosses the wall that Hyewon Shin Yun-bok's brush once crossed, and 'How an Idol Is Born', which unpacks how an idol comes into being

The festival channel covers AI film entry guidance and promotional videos, while the AI IDOL channel covers flagship AI IDOL works and participation guidance; because entering an AI film and taking part in AI IDOL follow different processes, the channels were split in two so the guidance does not get mixed up
From October 29, both channels plan to release, one by one at set times each day, the promotional videos and short-form clips featured on the official website

Each channel also offers playlists of buzzworthy AI films from around the world, festival award winners and virtual and AI idol videos, so creators preparing their entries can see at a glance where AI video stands today

Sponsored by Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee JI LIN, SVAIFF KOREA 2026 and the Global AI IDOL Award 2026 are public-interest events with no participation fees, paid seats or merchandise sales, so both entry and attendance are free
They take place on Thursday, December 17 at Gabin Art Hall in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and entries are accepted from October 25 to November 25 at korea.svaiff.com
