Under the slogan "My AI film goes to Silicon Valley," the festival was planned to discover films and video works made with generative AI and to create opportunities for Korean creators to connect with the international stage.
It aims to shine a light on the creator's perspective and story and on new forms of visual expression in each work, and to be a place where creators, audiences and people from the technology and content industries meet
The categories are planned to include AI feature film (narrative), AI animation, AI documentary, AI advertising, AI music video, AI IDOL and Arirang K-Culture.
Separate awards and special awards for youth and university-student creators are also being prepared.
The organizers plan to widen opportunities for emerging creators to present their work and meet audiences.
